Many conflicts are caused through misunderstanding of the differences in communication and behavioural styles. We subconsciously assume that our way is the way, and don’t understand that others see the world differently. When we become aware of how others see the world, relationships, leadership and teamwork become much easier to manage, increasing our effectiveness and ability to work well with others. School leaders will find that they spend less time managing their staff and dealing with people issues, and more time achieving set outcomes.
The DISC Advanced system is the basis of this course, with a full individual behavioural assessment to be completed prior to your session**. The DISC profiling assessment tool has been utilised and trusted world-wide since the late 1940s, with the newest DISC Advanced system being launched in 2017. Only trained and accredited consultants are permitted to present and analyse DISC Advanced sessions and assessments, assuring accurate interpretation of assessments and presentation of material.
