Teaching is a truly selfless profession, and places great demands on your mental, emotional and physical health. It’s easy to become caught up in the stresses of everyday life and forget that you are important too!
If you’re tired, feeling overwhelmed, or not enjoying your work like you used to, it may be a sign that you’re heading toward burnout. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and you can’t run on an empty fuel tank. It’s time to take back control by learning how to plan for self-care.
A highly practical and personalised workshop, “Managing Your Wellbeing” will give you the tools to effectively plan and implement a self-care routine.
This course is presented face-to-face over 5 hours. Course content is founded on the research and experience of Lisa Moore.
