This course is presented face-to-face over 5 hours. Course content is founded on the research and experience of Lisa Moore.

Explore what is, and what is not, self-care. Examine why it is important to maintain a self-care routine.
Module 2: Fundamentals of a self-care plan
Identify the basic elements to consider when creating a self-care plan.
Module 3: Create your own self-care plan
Develop a personalised self-care plan with our planning template and guidance from your presenter.
Module 4: Tips for success
Discover how to best implement your self-care plan so that it actually works, and recognise risks that may stop you from continuing to self-care effectively.
